This quarter, Delta Sigma Pi – Upsilon Psi hosted a one-of-a-kind Alumni Election Workshop, bringing together nine of our distinguished alumni to support brothers preparing for upcoming chapter elections.
We had the privilege of welcoming back alumni, including Madhu Kannan, Mei Hanway, Angela Yu, Richmond Sivankeo, Kobe Thai, Daniel Kim, Soborawin Thoy, Alexis Cardenas, and Jason Nguyen, all past executives who played key roles in shaping our chapter into what it is today.
Throughout the workshop, alumni shared their experiences in leadership, the challenges they faced, and how their time in DSP continues to impact their professional careers. Their insights gave brothers a deeper understanding of what it means to serve on the executive team and how those roles translate into real-world success.
With elections approaching, this workshop created a space for open conversations, thoughtful questions, and meaningful advice. It was especially impactful for brothers considering running, as it helped build confidence, clarity, and excitement around stepping into leadership roles.
A huge thank you to our Vice President, Soboramy Thoy, for organizing and bringing together such an incredible group of alumni. Opportunities like this truly highlight the strength of our network and the lasting impact of our brotherhood.
