This fall, Delta Sigma Pi – Upsilon Psi officially wrapped up another successful recruitment season, welcoming prospective members across campus to experience our brotherhood, core values, and professional community firsthand.
Throughout the recruitment cycle, our chapter hosted a series of signature events designed to provide attendees with a comprehensive look into what defines Upsilon Psi:
Info Night | Hosted by our Vice Presidents of Pledge Education, Bella Hong and Devlin Long, the event introduced prospective members to our chapter’s mission, values, and active campus involvement. Attendees gained direct insight into our professional workshops, leadership pathways, and the lifelong network of support that underpins our fraternity.
Ask Me Anything (AMA) | Hosted by Jason Zhang, this event featured an open panel of active brothers who shared firsthand perspectives on navigating chapter life. Brothers answered candid questions regarding how they balance rigorous coursework, professional development, and personal commitments while making the most of their fraternity experience.
The Presidents' Panel | Hosted by Pratyush Nair, this evening brought back past presidents Mei Hanway and Omid Kazemini. Both shared their journeys from collegiate members to chapter executives, illustrating how the leadership experience and mentorship gained within DSP served as a direct launchpad for their career milestones.
This cycle provided a meaningful platform for open dialogue, thoughtful questions, and valuable connections. It gave applicants clarity on what it means to be part of our chapter while showcasing the ambition and dedication that drive our community.
