It truly meant a lot to our brothers to hear real, applicable interview strategies from someone who has recently navigated today’s competitive job market and seen firsthand what employers are looking for.
Your insights on conducting deeper company research, asking intentional questions to evaluate fit, and using the STAR Method to confidently communicate experiences were incredibly valuable. Just as impactful were the honest conversations around red flags to watch for during the interview process, which helped our members feel more informed and empowered as they move forward in their career journeys.
Events like this remind us how strong and supportive the DSP alumni network is, and how important it is to give back and uplift the next generation of leaders. We are so grateful for the time, energy, and mentorship you shared with our chapter.
