Fall Quarter Start 2025

A Strong Start to Fall Quarter: Executive Launch, Recruitment, and Alumni Insights

The brothers of Delta Sigma Pi – Upsilon Psi have kicked off the 2025–2026 academic year with momentum, connection, and professionalism at the heart of every event. From launching our new Executive Board to hosting recruitment events and an impactful alumni workshop, the first few weeks have set the tone for a year of growth and excellence.

Welcoming the 2025–2026 Executive Board

We’re proud to introduce the leaders guiding our chapter this year, each dedicated to strengthening our pillars of Professionalism, Community Service, Brotherhood, and Scholarship.
Our executive team — led by President Tarang Jammalamadaka and Senior Vice President Soboramy Thoy, represents a group of passionate, driven individuals committed to supporting our brothers and expanding DSP’s reach across UW Bothell. With plans for alumni events, professional development workshops, and community projects already underway, this team is ready to make 2025–2026 a year of lasting impact.

Building Brotherhood: Information Night #2

Recruitment season brought incredible energy to our second in-person Information Night, where potential new members connected with our brothers and executive team. Attendees learned about our four core pillars and heard personal stories from each executive on what drew them to Delta Sigma Pi.

The evening was filled with networking, shared inspiration, and a genuine sense of community, a reflection of what makes our fraternity so special. We’re excited to see new members begin their journeys this quarter and continue building lifelong connections through DSP.

Alumni Resume Workshop with James Ha

We closed out our first few weeks with an insightful Alumni Resume Workshop featuring James Ha, one of our distinguished alumni and current Genie employee. With internship season in full swing, James shared strategies on personal branding, translating experiences effectively on paper, and standing out in competitive recruiting cycles.

His advice reminded us of the lasting value of alumni connections and the continuous professional development that defines Delta Sigma Pi. Thank you to everyone who attended and to James for giving back to the next generation of business leaders.

Looking Ahead

As the quarter continues, our chapter is gearing up for more opportunities to learn, serve, and grow together. Whether through community service, professional workshops, or social bonding events, Delta Sigma Pi UWB remains dedicated to empowering business students to lead with purpose — on campus and beyond.
